Spencer Mullee is the Chief Executive Officer at Centersquare. Before its formation, he served as CEO of Evoque. He also founded DCI Data Centers, a prominent data center developer in Australia and the Asia Pacific market, where he held the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Board Member from 2001 to 2019. He holds a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Jason Carolan is Chief Development Officer, joining in 2025 to oversee the company’s growth portfolio, M&A, data center expansion and customer enablement. He brings more than 25 years of data center infrastructure, cloud, and network services experience, having held innovation and engineering leadership positions at Flexential, Via West, Sun Microsystems/Oracle, VMware and the Mayo Clinic. He is lead author of Building N1 Grid Solutions and holds several patents in orchestration, networking, and security.  

Catherine Smith serves as the Chief Administration Officer, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Since joining the company in 2021, she has brought a wealth of experience from both public companies and private equity-backed organizations, including senior legal roles at Motorola and Brightstar Corp. She holds her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Government from the University of Virginia.

Steven Cook is the Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive expertise in corporate strategy, capital allocation, growth implementation, and cost reduction initiatives. He joined the company in 2021, following leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Rent-A-Center, and HundredX. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Sean Charnock is the Chief Strategy Officer and previously founded SoftLayer Technologies, a trailblazer in the cloud and IaaS sectors. His executive leadership experience spans multiple industries, including data centers, IaaS/SaaS, cloud, and cybersecurity technologies. He has played a key role in several large-scale venture and private equity-backed companies, with successful acquisitions by Siemens, IBM, and FireEye Technologies. He holds an MBA from Regis University and dual B.S. degrees in Finance, Banking, and Real Estate from the University of North Florida.

Kelly Sullivan is the Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience. His large team is responsible site operations, customer care, physical security, EH&S, and change management. Under his leadership, the team ensures the successful operations, maintenance, repair, and IT support for more than 70 data centers. Prior to joining Centersquare, he held key leadership roles at CenturyLink, Savvis, and Northrop Grumman.

Jaclyn Mispagel is the Chief Product and Marketing Officer leading both product initiatives and marketing strategy. Since joining the company in 2021, she has expanded her role to oversee marketing in addition to product development. With over 20 years of experience, she has held leadership positions in product and marketing at Cyxtera, CenturyLink, Windstream, and Verizon. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Business Administration from Austin College.

Bill Maury is the Chief Revenue Officer, bringing over 25 years of expertise across the data center, cloud, managed services, and cybersecurity sectors. Prior to joining the company in 2017, he held key leadership roles at prominent organizations including Cyxtera, Data Return, Terremark, Verizon, Cryptzone, and AppGate. He holds his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Pace University.

Frank Barnett serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources programs, including talent acquisition, employee development, organizational planning, compensation, rewards, and diversity initiatives. Joining in 2017, he brings over 20 years of HR leadership experience. Previously, he held executive leadership positions at Xerox. He earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Megan Scales is the Executive Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, joining the company in 2020. With extensive experience in negotiating and managing commercial transactions for both public and private-equity-backed organizations, she brings a wealth of legal expertise. Prior to transitioning to in-house counsel, she practiced as a litigator in Chicago. She holds a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Iowa State University.

Peter Spina is Executive Vice President of Sales and leads revenue growth across all product lines of the business. With 20 years of experience in the technology sector, his expertise in revenue architecture, customer relations, sales management, and strategic planning has been pivotal to the company's success.
